You try teriyaki sauce instead of soy sauce they’re very very similar but teriyaki sauce tends to have just like a tiny bit more flavor. I think it’s like a little sweeter but just like ever so slightly while still having that saltines I love teriyaki sauce. It’s so good.

I would cut back on the soy sauce and add oyster sauce as well to add more umami flavor and helps with the salt flavor, but still looks delicious 😋
