Claude’s resume tailoring is so much better than ChatGPT . I tell it not to invent anything but to identify gaps. And you do need to do your own final review as it did misinterpret a couple things as well as streamlined very relevant detail out of it. So I still spend time on the back end before submitting but it’s way faster for sure
