Preheat your oven to 350°F and lightly spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray. 2. Season both sides of the chicken breasts evenly with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. 3. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown. The chicken does not need to be fully cooked. 4. In a bowl, combine the ranch dressing and shredded Parmesan cheese. 5. Place the seared chicken into the prepared baking dish. Spread the Parmesan ranch mixture evenly over each chicken breast, then top with provolone cheese. 6. Bake for 10–15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly. 7. While the chicken bakes, combine the breadcrumbs and melted butter in a small bowl. Add additional butter if needed until the breadcrumbs are evenly coated. 8. Remove the chicken from the oven and sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the melted cheese. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown. Mashed Potatoes 1. Add the potatoes to a large pot and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil and cook until fork tender, about 15–20 minutes. 2. Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. 3. Add butter, milk, heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Mash until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning to taste. 4. Serve alongside the Parmesan Crusted Chicken and enjoy! #EasyRecipe #dinneridea #comfortfood #quickrecipe #parmesancrustedchicken
