If you practice procrastination, you get better at avoiding things. If you practice negativity, you get better at seeing problems everywhere. If you practice discipline, you get better at showing up when it’s hard. Small actions repeated over time shape identity. What starts as a choice eventually becomes a pattern. What becomes a pattern eventually becomes your character. So be careful what you practice daily. Because whether you realize it or not, you’re training yourself to become something.
