after the clarity act passes they can vote to implement the rules ASAP if a crisis happens and a liquidity crisis is incoming for Japan via higher gas prices. japan will have to now rasie intrest rates. witch will unwind the carry trade. and thats a global liquidity crisis .XRP solves that issue with vary high demand...this is our year i believe end of this summer we will see movement. what do you think?
