I have an idea make nega Ben depressed like instead of him being emo he could have gone through something tragic and become nihilistic like maybe in this timeline Gwen actually died in secret of the Omnitix and he could have forced asmuth to fix the omnitrix and he could have beat vilgax to death and destroyed the planet out of rage then he could have made his way back to earth running away becoming missing and then he’d use the omnitrix to survive and take what he wants becoming similar to classic Kevin then by the time of uaf when vilgax would likely gather the evil Ben’s he’d die it could also lead to a good dynamic with Gwen ten have him try not to fight back he could start feeling something again after nearly 6 years and then when the time bomb goes off he try’s to save Gwen hugging her before fading away
