A note on the sticky rice & cutting the sushi👇 Make sure it’s cold! I would make it earlier in the day and put it in the fridge. If it’s hot it will rip the nori. Also wet your knife before cutting through and use a long knife with sharp gripped edges (it comes in all standard knife sets). Otherwise, a super fast dinner and so yummy!

put your rolling mat inside of a large zip lock bag. keeps the mat clean for rolling and easier to use than Saran Wrap.
