Omg this is the same as mine 😩. Cricut tell me it’s because it’s more sensitive and to shut the blinds as it doesn’t like light 🙅🏼♀️or shiny paper or mats with slight marks on . Collaborated four times , spent a hour on the phone to them. Going to try again today 🥱

Happened to me, try to change the paper size to A4 instead of 8”x11 or legal. I don’t know whats the logic but it worked.
