REALTOR® here!👋🏼 We actually do a lot of work and offer a ton of value. There is a plethora of reasons why one would choose to list their house including, but not limited to, because they want to get top dollar and we provide security. We never “make them do a bunch of repairs”, we only make recommendations because we want to ensure they get top dollar. Sometimes we get clients who just need to sell “as-is” and that’s fine, then we price accordingly and do what we need to do to help them achieve that! And there’s plenty of people who sell their home for cash and quickly every single day with realtors, and even with our commissions they’re walking away with more than of they chose to wholesale it. Maybe next time find a way to answer the question without throwing shade at other people’s professions and spreading misinformation. Hope that helps!✌🏼
