Ok- question. What is the difference between contamination OCD and being conscious of germs/worrying about health? Like the spray potentially getting in the water- wouldn’t that be a legit concern? Asking genuinely

I think im special level. i work in a hair salon and I feel like the whole air is constantly contaminated with hair particles, dead skin, hair products, and cleaner so I usually just eat outside 😂

Yes except I’ll be using a paper towel because now the towel has counter germs and even if I put that in the laundry now my normal clothes have chemicals and counter germs mixing in with them (because sure, that makes sense brain 🤪)
