I had a Bank of America account many moons ago and closed it account because they were accidentally charging me a $15 a month fee. It was 3 months before I realized they were doing it. When I asked why? They didn’t have an answer.

My wife just opened an account with citi bank and everytime she tries to use her card it flags it as fraud she tried to buy groceries and it kept declining! Like they don’t want you to use your money!
