Never talk to the police . He stopped you for a traffic violation. Give the license and stop talking . Anything after that revoke your 5th amendment rights. Never do any tests whatsoever. Reason I say this is there’s a case going on right now in Tennessee where a Tenn State Trooper was falsely pulling people over and claiming they were intoxicated on alcohol and or drugs . After taken to the station the victims were given blood tests where they 90% were clean as a whistle and the other 10% had prescriptions.
