@noaawilliams_: who invented hot honey eggs… because I’m obsessed. 🍯🔥 Crispy, with runny yolk and melted cheese 🤤 And it only takes 5 minutes to make. Recipe (serves 1) 2 eggs 1 tbsp honey Handful mozzarella or cheddar cheese (I did a mix of protein cheddar & mozzarella) Optional add ins: Chilli oil Chives or spring onion greens Flaky salt Method Drizzle honey over a hot pan (use a non-stick pan so it doesn’t stick). Add cheese on top of the honey. Crack the eggs over the top and drizzle with chilli oil, using a spatula to gently shape into a circle. Cook for 2–3 minutes until the base caramelises. Gently fold the eggs and you’ll see that beautiful golden underside. Cook to your liking and serve with herbs and buttered sourdough. Really curious if anyone actually doesn’t like this?

add feta instead of grated cheese,let it crisp a little then add egg and chilli flakes, put smashed avo on sourdough then the egg and feta on top. so good!!!!
