Heeseung's departure was most likely forced, because even if Heeseung wants to be a soloist (outside of Enhypen) belift lab (and hee) HAS to wait until Enhypen's seven-year contract ends. And I'm pretty sure that if Heeseung had been (really) given the option to stay on Enhypen and release solo songs/albums at the same time (which several artists under the same company have done) he DEFINITELY would have chosen to stay in Enhypen. There are many more detailed theories but I want y'all to keep this in mind.
