@kellybaums: I have found this works fairly well for most ADHD brains after using it myself and with clients! I have work to do list in Trello, they are Top 3, next, parked, repeating and backlog. Every morning I move things to Top 3 and everything else for that day and week to Next. Parked includes more complicated projects that don’t have timeline but can include subtasks with deadlines
