What investigation??? I say, set the trial today and put the parents and the child on the stand. I say 60 years incarceration and the family can decide on how they want to split it up or—if one person decides to complete the full 60 year sentence. You would be amazed at how child behavior improves when parents and in some case of the goals are held accountable for children’s behavior.
