This is pretty old. Guy was just picking up trash around the courtyard with a grabby-stick tool and the cops pulled guns on him claiming he had a weapon. Finally someone do the building came out and confirmed that he lived there and just likes to clean up every once in a while. Cops apologized while still saying that "he looked suspicious" and left. I think he took them to court and won $125k a few years later
