They don’t have documentation when you have your appointment that day. The doctor will dictate your procedure and send it to his secretary to then type it up. Sometimes it takes a day or so for this to happen.

I can’t understand why the paperwork took as long as it did … and the cops just made the office worker entitled and the civilian more upset … truly a terrible use of taxpayers money

im a dental receptionist and the paperwork is available to hand to them within 2 mins, not sure what the issue is why not just give the paperwork.
