Couple of issues with these, first, iso doesnt control sensitivity of the sensor which is a massive misconception, ISO is just a gain controller which boosts the signal coming from the sensor. Also saying use the lowest possible iso actually comes from the film days and was passed over to digital when actually you use whatever iso gets you the exposure you want
