This is why I say all cops need to stop answering to other cops they should be answering to a RANDOMIZED CITIZEN review board for THEIR actions in public and qualified immunity needs to disappear ASAP and there shouldn't be any CITY COUNCIL MEMBERS on that board cause they work for us not other cops and they should also have a MASTERS DEGREE IN CONSTITUTIONAL LAW in order to wear that badge and before anyone says anything teachers need a teaching degree to teach our kids so cops should have a degree in constitutional law to be a cop
