@browskialive: This is a short sound reset for your nervous system. When the brain hears a stable vibration and rhythm, the body often responds before the mind understands what is happening. That’s why many people first notice the effect somewhere in the body — and only after that the mind begins to slow down. Sometimes it feels like a small shift. Sometimes it feels like the system simply settles. Short sound sessions like this can help interrupt the constant stress signals we send to ourselves throughout the day.
