Eyeshadow is made to be really pigmented though, it’s not supposed to blend in.. Setting & baking powder have a different formula.

she said it’s the cherry blossom powder coated in green pigment so it’s not going to come off as green but still neutralized based on color theory. (think of your skin as an opaque color and the powder as stained glass, you can see your skin but through a different colored lens)
