is this what is happening to me ? 😭 because I meet people and I kinda think im falling in love with them, but im like that can't be it ? cuz why am I "falling in love" w basically EVERYBODY 😭 ive felt this way with my friends too and I absolutely DO NOT act on this because I feel crazy!!! then after a while I dont think I love them like that anymore 😭😭😭 (this is the best way I can describe 💀 )

As an avoidant, this is actually fascinating to me to hear. I feel the exact opposite where my default setting is to make everyone platonic because my head says that's the safest option. I don't have to go as deep with that person. I don't have to dysregulate my nervous system. I could still get love just in a way that's easier for me. It's like different sides of the same coin
