He walked with me through a months-long job process. Polygraphs, tests, interviews — from August through December. He answered my prayers so vividly, so immediately, during this time. I thought the job was meant for me because of this. But in late December, I got the news. I didn’t get the job. And I… cried. For DAYS. But I immediately went to Him because He brought me so close to Himself in those months. And He comforted me. He still does cuz I am still disappointed. This job market is… not fun. And I wonder what could have been. But I run to Him. I give it to Him. And He comforts and sustains me.

Very true! You have been brave through this journey and though you were disappointed you handled it well! I’m proud of you! Gods got you LeiLei! In the midst of your pain he is there! Life has a way of throwing us curveballs but how you deal with them speaks volumes you chose to go to God and get into deep conversation with him pouring out your heart and frustrations but take comfort new breakthroughs in the field of eye surgery is highly possible! Patience is tough I understand but don’t get defeated remain thankful for his protection and trust him with your disappointments!
