I just don't seem to absorb the iron tablets, there are so many guidelines to taking too, on an empty stomach, 2 hours before any milk ect not exactly sure when I can take them! was going to take before bed but cant take with my thyroxine which I take at night

You can get iron as an infusion if your iron levels are how and if HB low then blood transfusions as well.
