![Replying to @take_it_2_thw_max Be sure to serve these garlic 🧄 noodles with the stir fried crab recipe I shared! 🦀 I’ve been making garlic noodles the same way for years and it comes out perfect every time 😋 Also, who’s been obsessed with @xg.official lately cause I’m OBSESSED 🥰 ➡️ Recipe: Garlic Noodles - [ ] 1 lb pancit noodles or thick egg noodles - [ ] 1 bulb garlic, roughly minced - [ ] 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese - [ ] 3 tbsp butter - [ ] 2 tbsp oyster sauce - [ ] 2 tbsp light brown sugar - [ ] 1 tbsp fish sauce - [ ] 1 tbsp oil - [ ] 1/2 tsp black pepper 1. In a wok, boil enough water to submerge noodles. Cook noodles until al dente. Strain and rinse under cold water. Set aside. 2. In the same wok, heat, butter, and oil together until butter is melted. Add garlic and stir fry until lightly softened. 3. In a small bowl, mixed together, oyster sauce, fish sauce, brown sugar, and black pepper. 4. Add noodles into the wok with garlic and butter then add the sauce mixture. Toss well. 5. Lastly, sprinkle in Parmesan cheese and give it another toss until every noodle is coated. Serve while hot.
