My queen the thing on ur chopsticks which u didn’t like is called tripe. It is the muscle lining of the animal, I think in this case it’s a cow. Its got a honeycomb like pattern to it, and its an acquired texture ngl lol I did not like it the first time i tried it. But now i love it. Love the honesty 🙏🏻❤️
