The secret is to take what’s in the job description and add it into your skills resume. 99% of the time the job description/requirement fields has the tags needed to pass the automated scans.

As a hiring manager, this doesn't mean squat to me. There are so many websites that make the resumes for you. I have had more bad interviews with nice resumes than basic ones. Don't judge a book by it's cover. Find the good qualities of the individual in person face to face (especially in sales).

Recruitment is being handled mostly with AI and recruiters go off the list with a bot. Key words are what make the bot pass it to be actually looked at. Mine had detailed info and in this time with employers still ghost people
