Hear me out, but these tools can actually deepen your knowledge and critical thinking. Languages are a great example- I made a video about how I’m using chat to improve my Spanish and expand my vocabulary - it’s a game changer. AI is here to stay, so I recommend finding ways to embrace it!

This may be against what you’re preaching here but I sometimes like to have chat “test me” on a topic of choice on voice mode. A prompt like “give me 30 X level questions about neuroscience” levels can vary depending on how much you know about the topic and then after I answer I ask chat to give me the perfect answer to see how far mine was from that perfect answer. It’s really engaging and it feels like a conversation rather than reading passively or listening to a podcast 🥰

This is more for people in office but a few times a week I’ll do a typing speed test since I’m on my laptop. It’s SO fun and also sharpens your skills if you are someone who’s on a computer all day
