As someone who had shin splints for 6 months… everything you said was 100% accurate. Finally got a coach to help me get rid of them and it was all strength related for me 😅

Do you think shoes are a major factor? I’ve had shin splints on and off for a year and I’ve never changed my shoe but I think my shin splints are coming from over load not shoes lol but idk if I should try to change them ( or what to change them to!)
