Get an air purifier. Your HVAC should not be purifying your air. if you're putting filters thick enough to purify the air, you're suffocating your HVAC.

if your ac freezes over turn it off for 2hrs and then you can turn it back on. try not to go below 75 freezes over more if you do

Our ac people have us change every two weeks because we work from home and the ac works harder you don’t need a special filter just you may need to change it more here in Florida and especially in the summer
