This process is so much more drawn out in Florida 😭 they don’t tell you how to do anything and you have to file everything yourself, including already ready paperwork that the court should be able to draw up. My case was filed the 15th and the hearing is still not until the 11th (tenant is unfortunately well versed in law and contested the amount owed to delay)
