Thank you! I left the teaching profession because I couldn’t teach because the administration was so ineffective. I spent most of my day asking students to behave and calling parents. I could not send students to the office no matter what the behavior was. The administration was just so ineffective. I loved teaching but so glad I left the profession with that administration.
