I agree with Whoopi. BECAUSE, it’s no different than office politics. A lot of times we do things, like agree to do things that’s not part of our job, but you do it anyway because in the long run, you would be looked at as a reliable source to go to. It’s sounds crazy but if you want to make it in your job, whether it’s a 9-5 or Hollywood, you need to either promote or work a little more if it’s expected. If not, then, you deal with not having a promotion or make it in Hollywood.

Monique was right. I’m not putting a job over my family. I’m not going do anything for free just because it makes the company more money. If you going pay me and my family to travel there for me to do it but Kno theirs a time limit and I’m leave on time but I need my full travel paid for if I’m do it.
