Did I just lucid dream? it happened to me yesterday because whenever I close my eyes without thinking something I just strangely control it and change how I like my dream to be which is weird because I've never done it before.

Wait I don’t know how to explain it but I pulled an all nighter and I closed my eyes for a bit and I could play back dreams I’ve had in the past how ever many times I wanted. And it’s wierd bc..I could like feel it? Like one was that horrible feeling you get in your stomach when your up really high and I could feel that. It was wierd.

I just now learned thats its not normal😭 always when i wanna wake up i just let someone kill me so if someone chase me i will just say to myself that its literally just dream and i stop and let them kill me😭

I controlled my dream twice but the latest one was so werid? Like I was fully aware i was in a dream so I kept telling my dream that im gonna fly that I’m gonna fly and the I freaking did. It’s not much but it definitely startled me

I have sleep paralysis. I can’t never wake up and move when I want to, have to wait for my body to wake up. Sometimes I twitch in my sleep, trying to get out the dream.
