We were able to chat it up with owner, Jasmine Rios, and our fabulous bartender, Dominic, all about the name, the bar, and the exquisite menu. The Koh-i-Noor is one of the largest cut diamonds in the world, of which you will find the shape of a diamond in the logo to pair with the completely unique interior design of this beautiful cocktail bar.
