I’m so confused, are the police in United States certified in CPR or first aid? I don’t understand why nobody is performing first aid and just waiting for Paramedics? I’m in Northern Ontario, Canada in my little town our Ontario Provincial Police, Paramedics/ambulances and Fire Dept all work together. Our OPP even drive the ambulance if need be. All of our first responders are up to date on all certifications for CPR and First Aid!
