Honestly hate seeing the “oh no we’re stuck in our starter home” narrative. Oh no I’m stuck with my $1700 mortgage…. Consider yourself blessed. Anyone who bought post 2021 is paying $3000+ for that same starter home. Don’t want to hear it.
