@wearelaneymedia: It’s one of those high maintenance to be low maintenance kind of things. 1) I don’t keep content ideas in my notes app. When I have an idea, I have a widget on my Home Screen that takes me directly to my content list in clickup. → I brain dump my idea → the task creation triggers an automation that assigns it to me for the next day to review → an automation runs to set the buying trigger this piece of content will hit on → I review these daily and add publish dates into the content task to start the production process 2) I batch content 2x per week → One day I record long form content → The other day I record short form content → Everything gets edited and scheduled the very next day 3) I score every piece of content my team adds for me into ClickUp from 1-5 stars & drop a comment about why. → This creates a quick instant feedback loop for each piece of content before it’s scripted → The team learns my style and how I approach content Most people’s lead flow is inconsistent because their marketing is inconsistent. Why is their marketing inconsistent? Because they’ve made it harder to work the system than it is not to. It would require more effort from me not to use my system. It took a whole lot of effort to set it up, but now, it would genuinely make my life harder not to use it. Most people can’t say the same. It’s easier for them to drop something in their notes app than it is to work their system. That’s not an issue of discipline.
