This is very interesting!! I don’t actually relate.. we co-sleep and she doesn’t take a paci! Butttt I started potty training her at 3 mo! I saw this video that basically said they pee when you take their diaper off bc they are born with that instinct. So I just tried it to see how it went and she picked up on it so fast! Obvi she still wears diapers but we save sooo many diapers a day simple bc I just put her on the potty and she’ll go!

SAME SAME SAME my kids didn’t potty train until 2.5, cribs were done at 3, pacifiers were 2 bc of their teeth 😅

Love this advice, why such a rush to make them grow up so fast , idk that’s just how I feel, obviously not going to let my daughter have her crib and binky forever but no big rush.

I kept my BIG boy in a crib til almost 3 but I potty trained and took the paci before 2. We’ll definitely play it by ear with our second but I will keep him in the crib for as long as safely possible 😂

I have the same mentality. The only reason why I’m thinking of a toddler floor bed is because he moved a lot at night and gets his legs stuck between the rails. Besides that the paci is staying until 21/2 and I’m not potty training until almost three.

My oldest didn’t move to a big girl bed until she was 3. She LOVED her crib — it was her safe place. We did it shortly after her third birthday and we haven’t had any issues with her staying in bed and I think it’s because we waited!
