They do a lot of surgeries + most of the beautiful women you saw were probably not ethnic russians but from other ethnicities in Russia. Russian women have big round faces, big noses, small eyes and thin lips. Their doctors just did a great job.

I've never been to Moscow but the most beautiful people I've seen so far were in Copenhagen Denmark, it was extremely humbling and simultaneously inspiring

When I first came to Moscow, I thought the same thing. Over the years I've lived there, that impression has faded. It's really just that they're slim and well groomed. The truth is that they're average looking and Americans are mostly overweight 😬 Russian men legit dgaf about their appearance though lol
