Btw a lot of states make it to where if you don’t get an itemized list of damages within 30-60 days, you can sue them for double the security deposit.

Just be careful they don’t try to charge you over your deposit amount. You can ask for an itemized receipt of all the costs to catch em if the charge you over you security deposit
