Keep at it. I did electrolysis for over a year and they went away. I stopped when I moved and I couldn’t find a new Electrolysis. My hair started growing back after a 4-5 years of doing nothing.

Use numbing cream that’s made specifically for tattoos. They have a higher percentage of lidocaine
