another thing is that if you're moisturizing and moisturizing and seeing no benefit, you may need to put a thicker moisturizer like a butter in your hair. I would put conditioner on my hair in the shower, put Shea butter on top of that, let it sit fir a few minutes then washed it off. didn't use a hair mask, just that method. in 2 months of doing this multiple times a week, I got my curls back after years of depression induced dryness

Mine is high porosity, and it still gets fluffy no matter how much I moisturize . It’s so soft just never straight

So true. We do this. I added the wavytalk steamer/straightener to my daughter's hair day. She was coming out of a protective style which usually leaves her hair drier. And baaaaby her hair was gorgeous. Using heat properly is a game changer.

Yes I noticed how healthy my hair was because I was always steaming my hair with deep conditioner then I stopped and I notice the difference 😩 this is a reminder to find my steam cap 😅
