Ingredients: - 2 cups jasmine rice - 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces - 2 tablespoons vegetable oil - 3 cloves garlic, minced - 1/4 cup honey - 3 tablespoons soy sauce (low sodium) - 1 head broccoli, cut into florets - 2 bell peppers (red and yellow), sliced - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper - Optional: sesame seeds for garnish Instructions: 1.
