Those are basically magic bars without the graham cracker, butter crust. I would definitely do the bar version with macadamia nuts, white chocolate chips, and coconut.

If you set out a tiny bowl of water to dip your fingers in, you can form the cookie a little bit better but you have to wet your hands in between.
