I mean you basically just messed up your toe and maybe your steering wheel alignment, camber and caster are likely fine. Just get it in for an alignment, and try not to drive it too much in the mean time

If you see my other comment that’s pretty bad for your tires and that’s DIY way get your alignment pretty close if you do it right you actually get it almost perfect and it’s bad for your new tie rods

So take the old one apart but count how many rotations it takes you to spin it off then use that same amount on the new one before you install it, that should have u good enough to drive

The lights that came on is for steering angle sensor. You need to get an alignment done in order to correct it.

When you talk off the outer tie rod, count how many complete rotations you do so when you install the new one you can use the same number of rotations when screwing in the new one before bolting everything down. Also not turning the wheel with it apart helps 😅
