Slow cardio burns more fat per calories . Your body pulls energy (calories) from fat. higher intensity your energy (calories) is pulling from carbs . Both are cool but higher intensity is better because you burn more calories which can put you in a calorie deficit which causes fat loss . Burning calories from fat doesn’t guarantee fat loss because you your not burning alot of calories unless your walking for a long time and Your nutrition has to be on point . Both can work but higher intesinty is better most of the time .

the person moving faster is getting the heart rate up faster, which improves lung capacity and heart strength more as well as burning more calories. Both are exercise, and amazing for you. Just a different outcome.
