@happygabycooking: Feeling very Tita de la Garza 🌹 I made this recipe before @HBO Latinoamérica Like Water for Chocolate series came out! This Quail in Rose Petal Sauce dish was based off the movie recipe and not the show’s recipe which is my steps are out of order. I also could not find edible fresh roses so I had to use dried rose petals instead. The result was fascinating, I don’t think I’d ever had a sauce with chestnuts and rose petals before.
