I made these, but didn't use egg, used garlic butter & topped with parmesan. they turned out wonderful and were cooked all the way thru!!

Had this for dinner there was no way that she used 500 g of meat and got 4 portions I only got 2. I did season extra in the chicken meat with other seasoning. Cooked it for longer👍🏻😋

I made this with sun dried tomatoes, low fat mozzarella, and homemade herb cream cheese. Cooked 5 mins longer and broiled on high for 2 mins. It turned out so well and it plated so pretty. Thanks for the idea!
